DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST: The Third Annual On Wall Street Branch Manager Awards will recognize outstanding achievements and excellence in Branch management.
HOW TO ENTER: Submit your On Wall Street Branch Manager Awards nominations by completing the submission form online and following the instructions on the screen at bma.onwallstreet.com. Individuals and companies shall nominate Branch Managers either directly or through an agent. Only current and employed Branch Managers will be considered. All required fields must be completed in order for the submission to be valid. Required fields are noted on the submission form. Online entries may be submitted at bma.onwallstreet.com. Submissions will be accepted from 12:00 AM (ET) September 8, 2009 through midnight (ET) November 20, 2009. Alternatively, send the completed submission form, your name, company address (specify home or business), telephone number (specify home or business) and email address to Third Annual On Wall Street Branch Manager of the Year Awards, King Fish Media, 27 Congress Street, Salem, MA 01970 ATT: Gordon Plutsky. The contest
begins September 8, 2009. All entries must be received on or before midnight (ET) November 20, 2009. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. You may enter multiple Branch Managers from the same company.
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to nominees who do business in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. All winners will be required to execute an affidavit swearing to compliance with these eligibility requirements. Employees of Source Media, MainStay Investments and King Fish Media, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and assigns, and their immediate family members (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their spouses) as well as individuals living in the same household of each are not eligible. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and provincial laws and regulations.
CATEGORIES AND CRITERIA: 100 Top Branch Managers will be selected from the submitted nominations by the judges selected by On Wall Street. The Top Ten Branch Managers of the Year will be selected after the 100 Top Branch Managers complete a comprehensive research questionnaire and possible interview.
JUDGING:A panel of On Wall Street editors will narrow down the entries to one hundred (100) Top Branch Managers in each category. Winners will be determined from among the entrees by a panel of independent judges selected by Source Media. Initial judging will take place from November 20, 2009 through December 12, 2009, and the Top100 Branch Managers will be announced on the On Wall Street Web site on December 19, 2009. The judges’ decisions are final. The Top 100 Branch Managers will be required to participate in a market research study that will help determine the winners. The market research will be conducted between December 12, 2009 and Feb 1, 2010. The Top Ten Branch Managers of the Year will be selected by the judges and notified by February 28, 2010.
AWARDS: Awards will be presented and the Top Ten Branch Managers of the Year individuals will be honored during the Third Annual Branch Manager Awards dinner to be held in New York, NY and Award winners will be posted on the On Wall Street Web site at bma.onwallstreet.com on March 20th, 2010. In addition to the title, the Branch Managers of the Year will receive a statuette
(value under $500) and listed in the May issue of On Wall Street. (Expenses of attending Awards ceremony will be the responsibility of the winners.) All winners
will be invited to attend the awards event and given the opportunity to bring a fixed number of guests. For the name of the 100 Branch Managers or the Top Ten Branch Managers of the Year, available after
