His client, business and advisor practice solutions are used by firms, branch managers and top advisors throughout the United States and Canada. Lee has delivered the SIFMA Branch Manager Program for 20 years and in Canada, the IDA’s Essential of Management for over 10 years. He began his career as a retail broker and then went into institutional and commodities sales. He also has been a branch office manager, training director and human resources director.
